If you open trades with 2 or more positions, it can be a pain to manually create a new journal entry for each trade.
So we created a simple button that will instantly duplicate any of your trades.
Who This Is For
There are a few scenarios where this feature is very useful.
First, if you take 2 or more positions with different profit targets, this feature is perfect for you.
Here's how to do it:
- When you take a trade, just journal one trade.
- After the trade is closed out, fill in the entry information for that trade.
- Then duplicate the trade and change the exit information.
If you scale into trades, you can duplicate trades in a similar manner. Just journal the first entry, then copy and change the rest of your scaled trades.
Finally, if you entering the same trade in different accounts, this feature makes is super easy to duplicate the trade for tracking in separate accounts.
How to Duplicate a Trade
